APEX Collapse key issues

Some new users may have experienced their keys are not accepted. This is due to an error on the server side which causes keys to get rejected. 

It's complicated, not all keys are affected and the loader itself works fine, hence the unchanged status.

If you experience this, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences. Your time is not running and we hope it will be fixed very soon ?
