On this page we state what the obligations are of each party when this site is used and whenever a purchase is made. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you acknowledge you have read and understand the contents of the "Read before buying" page.
Unlike many other similar websites we offer support on our products. We offer support mainly through our Discord channel as well as through the website.
When contact us you may expect replies within the span of up 24 hours unless other conditions prevent this from happening.
When taking advantage of our support, you are expected to maintain a friendly tone. By using insulting, trolling or using any, by us deemed inappropriate, forms of communication, we have the full right to deny to any help to the extent of access to our website and any other channels.
When buying our products, you acknowledge that these are virtual products that work only depending on other programs. Whenever these other programs update or change, our products will also change depending on what is necessary to make our software work.
As this is a virtual product, certain functions may be updated or changed without announcement or update to the descriptions on the website. We have a Discord channel where we update the newest functionalities as accurately as possible.
Hacks are products meant to give users advantages they have no rights to. The game developers are trying actively to avoid this from happening and purposefully do everything in their power to stop our products from working as well as punishing the users for using them.
Getting detected by the game is something not uncommon and is to be expected when knowingly and willingly using a hack. Detection is cannot be blamed on the hack nor the seller thereof.
We are selling virtual products in the form of license keys. These license keys work combined with specific software which is available from our site after making a purchase.
Each license key is only valid for a specified time. This time can be found in the name of the product you buy in our Store. Most of our products are sold for periods of 1 day (24 hours), 1 week (7 days) or 1 month (30 days).
Each key sold is meant for that buyer only. Sharing of keys is not allowed, and there are countermeasures in place to prevent key sharing such as Hardware ID locks and IP restrictions. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure he is aware of these counter measures and ensures he will not activate them.
On regular occasions our products may be updated. Depending on the developer the time this takes may vary. During this time you are requested not to ask for any ETA as we sometimes cannot tell due to the nature of our digital products.
We will notify everyone using our Discord channel as well as the Status page.
During these updates it may be that the purchased product is not available for use. Compensation of time not being able to use each hack, depends on the developer and the nature of the cause for update.
Cheating is against game policies
When you use one of our hacks, you are willingly and knowingly going against the game policies that the hack is made for. The game may impose and apply any punishment for doing this as they see fit.
We are not responsible for the use nor for the outcome of the use of any of our products.
Due to the characteristics of the digital product, you can not request a refund or exchange it even if you cannot use it, whether this is due to system incompatibility or change of heart.
We are not capable nor willing to check whether or not a license key has been used. Therefore we must assume each key sold has been used. Gaining access to the license key equals it being used.
Support ≠ refund
Unfortunately many associate support directly with refund if a product does not work perfectly. We value our customer satisfaction a lot and we do offer the best support we can.
However, effort must be given from both the buyer as well as the seller to get things working. Simpy asking a refund without first asking help or showing proof of effort will be rejected by default. Support may take a while but we do our best to improve it for future customers as well.
