Basic hack loader dependencies

Most of our hacks rely heavily on basic systems that are available within your operating system.

These must be available to ensure the hack loaders will work optimally.

If you encounter any troubles with loaders not appearing, giving errors or crashes, please check the following and make sure to update to the latest versions:
