My experience with the British Airways office in Bali was excellent. I had a relatively complicated travel schedule involving several legs and a couple of special requests related to medical needs, and I didn't think I could confidently work it out on the Internet. So I went to visit the BA Bali office, and it was the best decision that I could have made. The office itself is tidy, contemporary, and properly air-conditioned—such a relief after strolling around in the heat. I was immediately greeted and did not have to wait for long. The woman who helped me (her name, I think, was Laksmi) was exceptionally well-informed and polite. She went through everything with great patience and even double-checked the availability of seats and medical needs. What was particularly impressive was how much she truly cared about doing it correctly. The team also assisted in re-issuing a ticket that had a small name mismatch without additional inconvenience, something which would have taken hours on the phone. They even provided guidance on local travel restrictions and how they could impact my check-in at Ngurah Rai airport. It's not often you leave an airline office more relaxed and positive than you arrived, but that's precisely what occurred. Huge thumbs up to the British Airways office in Bali!
